The pool is now at a temperature between 25°C to 27°C! Isn’t it great?!
After a long period of covid-19 and inactivity, we would like to welcome back our members by offering an exclusive swimming experience all year long! According to the FINA (International Swimming Federation), the ideal temperature for international swimming competitions is between the range of 25°C-27°C.

Water resistance 15 times superior to air. Thus, aquatic activities require more energy expenditure than land sports. In water, your body burns more calories even in stillness because your body temperature (37°C) is higher than the water’s temperature (28-30°C). You can expect to burn up to 200-300 Kcal per hour with your Aquagym Sessions.
