Small Group Training focuses on individual progression from week to week. Your personal trainer will take you through a series of exercises using a variety of special equipment.
No book your place in one of our small groups for Team Training and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere for your sessions.

Our Small Group Training allows the coach to modify the core program adapted to your goals, your physical level and your preferences.
If your goal is fat loss, you will mainly perform high intensity moves. Meanwhile, another member may want to build strength, in which case the program may be modified appropriately for strength gains.
