Circuit Training

Circuit training is a fun and interactive way for kids to be physically active. It consists of setting up several stations with different activities to rotate through in short periods of time.  Circuit courses are a great way to integrate aerobic fitness with muscular endurance and flexibility activities. This activity includes bodyweight exercises as well as light weights for the older age groups. Learning the basics for each move is essential for kids to build on as they get older.
